Book & pay
Review your booking and address and pay the refundable deposit and the full price in one step. The money stays with us until the job is done. The provider accepts your request – if they decline or do not answer in time, you automatically get everything back.
Service Day & Identity Check
Your provider arrives at the scheduled time. Verify their identity with the QR code or PIN at the start, and follow them live on the map when tracking is enabled.
Confirm & Review
When the work is done, confirm completion. Your deposit comes back as store credit by default (or a card refund if you prefer), the service price is released to the provider, and you can leave a review.
