By accessing and using FlyingServices ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Platform.

2. Description of Service

FlyingServices is an online platform that connects clients seeking various services with independent service providers. We facilitate the booking and scheduling of services but do not directly provide any services ourselves.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Service Providers

Service providers on our Platform are independent contractors, not employees of FlyingServices. By registering as a provider, you agree to: Providers must be of legal age and have full legal capacity; registration as a provider is only permitted from the age of 18.

• Provide accurate information about your qualifications and services
• Maintain appropriate licenses and insurance for your services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
• Deliver services as described and booked

5. Booking and Payments

When you book a service through the Platform:

• You enter into a contract directly with the service provider
• Payment terms are set by the individual provider
• Cancellation policies vary by provider
• FlyingServices may charge platform fees for certain features

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees
• Scrape or collect data from the Platform without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

FlyingServices is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform or from services provided by service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered through the Platform.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between clients and providers should first be resolved directly between the parties. FlyingServices may provide mediation assistance but is not obligated to resolve disputes. Any disputes with FlyingServices shall be governed by the laws of Austria.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification.
